Valve box two-handle assembly. All steel (14 gauge) unit has built-in handle pivots complete with actuator links and two 3/8 diameter steel handles (one straight, one offset) with durable plastic knobs. Removable cover has edge protectors installed, offering good looks and protection to the operator. Handles installed - one straight, one offset. Will accommodate HV4023 valve (or equivalent size valve). This assembly is designed to mount on top of flat fenders.
